What is your policy regarding tasting the food and how many people are able to attend?

Once your wedding reception is booked, a catering representative will reach out to the bride and groom approximately six months prior to the event to schedule a date for the tasting. In addition to tasting different hors d'oeuvres, first courses and entrées, the tasting is a great time to select linens and create your custom look. Just let your catering representative know what colors you're interested in, and we will bring in many different linen samples for you to see. The tasting is included for the bride and groom, however charges will apply for additional guests.
